PLATIUM SPONSOR (1) $500- Main Title Name of Manker Patten Teams, Name One Team, Pick Design and Color 2015 T-Shirts, Large Print logo on t-shirt & poster, recieve (2) One hour Private Lessons during the Season.......

 

GOLD SPONSOR (5)  $350- medium print logo on shirt and poster, Name a "Pod" team,  One Player will Receive a (2) One Hour Private Lessons during the season 

 

SILVER SPONSOR  (5) $200- Small print on t-shirt and poster, One Player will Receive (1) One Hour private lesson during the Season

 

Platium, Gold, and Silver  Sponsors must be received by June 8th so logos can be put on T-shirts.
